BANDOLIERED PINS

Bandoliered parts can be an economic alternative to bulk parts. In contrast to bulk wire parts, this permits cost-saving selective Plating: expensive surfaces are applied solely in the contact area, exactly to your requirements. We have also designed a special carrier to hold contact pins safely while preventing any damage on withdrawal. This always warrants optimum feed for subsequent machine processing.

We bandolier pins and Wires to customer requirements: • made of square or round wire • with cross and/or round embossing • with stamped or electrostricted tips • on metal carrier

BENT PARTS

We produce simple bent parts through to complex 3D bent parts from wire or strip according to your specifications with cut or turned ends, with tips, peripheral grooves and much more besides. We produce on cam-controlled Universal bending machines and on automatic CNC units, and have our own toolmaking department. When producing on automatic CNC units, we are in a position to minimize set-up and tooling costs.

You have a free choice of square or round material with cross sections from 0.4 to 2.0 mm. We process copper alloys, steel or also specific customer alloys. Nearly all surface platings are possible. Our bent parts are used as electric contacts or mechanical Components.
