Welded contacts

For long-lasting connections
The contact materials produced in our semifinished division are welded onto stamping grids and contact Components by using Bruderer or Bihler Machines.Together with electroplated surfaces, this results in contacts for Microswitches and metal parts for household electrical systems. Using follow-on Tools, we manufacture high-quality contact parts with riveted or welded connections, either continuously on a strip or as a single part.

Optimization of the Welding processes starts with careful selection of technical Wires and contact profiles produced in our own company. Depending on the requirements, riveted contacts using the cost-effective wire-rivet method or by adding Solid rivets offer a possible alternative.
