Stamped and bent parts

In many variations
Our modern Bruderer stamping Presses produce all kinds of stamped and bent parts.We work with a full range of efficient Bruderer stamping presses up to 50 t. Larger parts are produced on Kaiser/Raster presses up to 200 t.

Contacts are welded in follow-on compound Tools by resistance Welding or laser. Pins and Rivets are added to the follow-on tools for integration during the stamping process. We use precious-metal Wires to form the contact during the stamping process.We clean the parts as needed in a bulk process, on a belt cleaning system, directly as a part of the production process or in a separate cleaning run.
