When it comes to micro-stamping grids, we can create slit widths down to 0.06 mm and grid widths of 0.06 mm minimum. The Tools are manufactured by using eroding wire with a diameter of 0.03 mm.We are currently investigating the limits of micro-stamping technology in a national joint research project. These technologies are used for example for antenna foils and leadframes for electronic Components.
