Tool design
Together with conventional machining systems, modern wire eroding Machines by Agie form the heart and soul of our tooling division. More than 50 employees are responsible for producing new Tools. Another group of qualified toolmakers is responsible for timely and swift reconditioning of the production equipment.

Project management
Our project teams include product managers, design engineers, development engineers and customer advisers.They accompany the project from the customer’s original idea until it is ready to go into series production. Our project management system ensures that customers’ projects are brought to a successful conclusion.

INOVAN – Quality management
INOVAN quality fulfils the requirements and expectations of our customers. Our avowed quality is demonstrated by the open, uncompromising way we deal with our mistakes. INOVAN demands maximum quality awareness of its staff who are expected to assume their own responsibility, with everyone obliged to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. The necessary processes have been implemented in a systematic manner and undergo continuous further development.
