Bondable stamped parts

With high quality surface for special contacts
Our stamped parts can be given a bondable surface.This high-purity electroplated gold coating allows connection by bonding (friction Welding) of integrated circuit Components and connector components.

Our customers use these contacts as the connection to the “brain of the car” in series production. The parts are used for example in cars in ABS/ESP systems, lighting system or Airbag control units. An alternative surface for bonding is produced with plated aluminium Silicon (AlSi).We produce these parts as pure stamped/bent part with electroplated surface or coated with plastic, packaged in a blister for automatic further processing by the customer.
