In addition, we can also perform all the important validation tests onsite with our own equipment. By having all our resources in-house, we can greatly reduce handling times. As a result, based solely on the engine's specifications, we can deliver shielding systems directly to your assembly line, ready for installation. Smart combinations During the design stage, we also focus on creating manufacturing efficiencies that save time later.

We take more into account that simply the shielding function, such as ease of assembly. Early in the planning phase, various assembly options are simulated and tested on a monitor, based upon actual working sequences on the assembly line. And when we test the specific thermal and acoustic shielding functions, close-to-series prototypes supply extremely valuable data. This procedure enables us to determine in advance whether a shielding system fulfills its purpose 100 %, and ensures that individual functions need not be optimized later - resulting in a significant time savings.
