The Kränzle quadro family:

With integrated hose drum:
The fixed hose drum puts order into the system. Never again entangled or carelessly layed down high-Pressure hoses, that have to be detected or disentangled before starting work. And moreover - the durability of the Hoses is substantially extended!

With Total-Stop system:
If the appliance is switched on with the main switch, the motor starts automatically as soon as the trigger of the spray gun is pressed. If the trigger of the spray gun is released the motor is stopped automatically. (In case of the medium-sized and big quadros the cut-out is delayed by 30 seconds.)

With delayed motor cut-out:

Frequent switching on and off of the motor on medium sized and big quadros can overload the power circuit and wear out the internal electrical Components. For this reason the pump continues to work for 30 seconds in pressureless by-pass operation after having closed the gun. After that period the motor of the new Kränzle cleaners switches off. The motor is restarted when the gun is opened again.

With water tank:
The big water tank on all quadro models is used as a water reservoir and buffer between water supply and pump. Due to the suction of water from the water tank, Detergents can be sucked in simultaneously. (If the cleaner is connected without water tank to the water mains, the suction of detergents is only possible by means of an energy consuming injector after the pump i.e. in the high-pressure area.)

With detergent supply at the suction side:
Detergent injectors at the pressure side, as used for standard Machines, consume approx. 30 % of the energy, no matter if they are in operation or not. Due to the water tank it is now possible to suck detergents directly into the pump, preventing a decrease in the output and thus leading to an increase of the efficiency.

With safety cut-out:

If you forget to switch off the medium sized and big quadros, or if the spray gun is not used for 20 minutes it automatically deactivates and switches to safety mode. To reactivate, just turn on the master switch.

Handle and hose drum can be easily detached for transport purposes.

The water tank can be easily removed from the machine e.g. for maintenance work.

The parking brake makes sure that the machine stands safely and fixed.

Once the water tank is removed, all important parts of the machine can be easily reached for maintenance and service.

A float valve controls the water inlet.

The continuously adjustable control valve for sucking in detergents is easily accessible.
