Training
The success in handling our products is mainly determined by passing the technical knowledge on to the sales and service employees by consequent internal training measures. This qualification forms the basis in order to be able to guarantee a skilled, qualified consultation and troubleshooting at each contact to our customers. This qualification also includes customers performing workshops at our facility or training measures on site.

Sales support
The requirements in OPTIMUM Machines are not less manifold as the workpieces and the manufacturing requirements of our end customers. The whole application-specific knowledge of our engineers is available to our representatives and specialized dealers in case of any questions which might arise. In a qualified and clarifying sales negotiation our customers will obtain the aids required to adapt the product choice to their corresponding requirements.

Service support
If service is required our OPTIMUM engineers are ready to support the shop operation in rapid and target-oriented maintenance with their experience. In close cooperation with the service center and its internal and external employees any weak points are analyzed and customer requirements are noted down. Such records are evaluated under technical points of view and laid down in a concrete requirement and measurement catalogue.
