EDDYCHEK 5 is a completely new digital eddy current testing equipment that can be used in all major semifinished applications at low or high speeds, for cold or hot materials. EDDYCHEK 5 complies with a wide range of international norms such as ASTM, API, BS, JIS, ETTC, ENEL, DIN und SEP 1925/1917/1914. The reliable electronics provide reproducible testing results with automatic marking of defects and automatic sorting of test material into three categories. Comprehensive documentation certifies the product quality, and storage of the test parameters and results allow the data to be traced or further processed at any time. There are two different versions of the tester, EDDYCHEK 5 and EDDYCHEK 5 compact.

EDDYCHEK 5 ist ein völlig neues digitales Wirbelstrommessgerät, das in allen Bereichen der Halbzeugindustrie ihre Anwendung findet, egal ob bei langsamer oder hoher Geschwindigkeit, ob bei kaltem oder heißem Material. EDDYCHEK 5 entspricht den internationalen Normen ASTM, API, BS, JIS, ETTC, ENEL, DIN und SEP 1925/1917/1914. Eine zuverlässige Elektronik ermöglicht reproduzierbare Prüfergebnisse mit automatischer Fehlermarkierung und Sortierung des Prüfguts in 3 Klassen. Umfangreiche Prüfprotokolle zertifizieren die Produktqualität. Durch die Speicherung der Prüfparameter sowie der Prüfergebnisse wird eine Rückverfolgung und Weiterverarbeitung der Daten möglich. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Ausführungen des Testgerätes, EDDYCHEK 5 und EDDYCHEK 5 compact. EDDYCHEK 5 verfügt über moderne Touchscreen-Technik, ist leicht bedienbar und bietet eine übersichtliche Echtzeit-Anzeige direkt auf dem Prüfgerät. Es ist je nach Bedarf als EDDYCHEK 5 ‘Stand-alone’ Messgerät als auch vernetzt einsetzbar. In diesem Produktkatalog werden der EDDYCHEK 5 und seine Komponenten beschrieben.
