General Upon request the Axes can be provided with different drive concepts. Each concept comprises a motor with cabling and a programmable control unit. Cables, motor and Limit switches are supplied ready to connect to the control unit. The control unit (incl. user Software) has been configured for the axis. Optionally the motor can be supplied with a brake. Allgemein Die Achsen können auf Wunsch mit verschiedenen Antriebskonzepten versehen werden. Jedes Antriebskonzept beinhaltet einen Motor mit Kabel und eine programmierbare Steuerung. Kabel, Motor und Endschalter sind zum Anschließen an die Steuerung vorbereitet. Die Steuerung (inkl. Bedienungssoftware) ist bereits für die Achse konfiguriert. Der Motor ist optional mit einer Haltebremse erhältlich. Note: Drive forces are based on nominal motor torques (SM56.1.18.J3 for LTP60, SM56.2.18.J3 for LTP80) as well as lead, idling torque, efficiency and guiding friction of the screw. There is a risk of step losses when exceeding the indicated forces. 60 V version upon request.

Bemerkung: Vorschubkräfte basierend auf Motordrehmoment (SM56.1.18.J3 für LTP60, SM56.2.18.J3 für LTP80) sowie Steigung, Leerlaufdrehmoment, Wirkungsgrad und Führungsreibung der Spindel. Beim Überschreiten der angegebenen Kräfte besteht die Gefahr von Schrittverlusten. 60 V Variante auf Anfrage.

Remarque : Forces d’avance reposant sur le couple moteur (SM56.1.18.J3 pour LTP60, 5M56.2.1 8.J3 pour LTP80), le pas, le couple de maintien, le rendement et le frottement des vis. Tout dépassement des forces indiquées peut entraîner des pertes de pas. Sur demande, variante 60 V.
