Presence/assembly check
The question often arises as to whether all the components of an inspected part are in their intended place. Individual criteria describe the object, their evaluation leads to OK/NOK separation, sorting or counting of inspected objects. In some further applications colour detection methods are of particular assistance here. Components which have a characteristic colour can be isolated from the background in a more stable manner and then more reliably measured than in a grey image.

Flexibility
Dimensional accuracy checks, position checks or identification? EYESIGHT makes no distinction here as the user can compile his application freely from an extensive pool of vision Tools. The example on the left shows a highlyaccurate dimensional accuracy check of a cover fit and fill level, a presence check of the printed use-by date as well as a colour check of the cap.
