Vent-Valves / Air relief valves
Vent valves / Air relief valves are mainly used in silo structures or in Water pipes. It‘s task is the pressure compensation inside a pipe or a Container. By lling the silo the valve shall relief the pressure to prevent overpressure which could burst the silo. By emptying the silo the valve has to vent the depression in the closed system because the ambient atmosphere could compress the silo. According to the system‘s volume one- or two-piece version and various sizeranges can be chosen. Technical data

Foot-Valves
Foot-valves are generally used for withdrawal (Pumps) of liquid media which could be polluted with undesired solids. Basically it is a check valve with a preceding strainer. By using the check valve and the strain-lter the medium will be suctioned and cleaned. The check valve prevents the back-ow into the polluted medium. Safety-Valves
The purpose of safety-valves is to prevent a system and its components against excessive pressure increases. To ensure this prevention, the valve has a spring-loaded valve, which opens at a predened counter-pressure to release the overpressure into the ambit or a by-pass line. Due to that a potenitial damage of the pipe and/or other components is prevented. After reducing the unwelcome overpressure, the valve closes automatically. Technical data
