Opening systems The electrically operated GEZE ventilation drive systems 230 V version are installed on windows for use in daily ventilation. Their operation is convenient and simple. The GEZE product portfolio includes easily mounted and user friendly electrically operated chain drives as a direct opener and high performance electrically operated spindle drives, which can be mounted as a direct opener as well as fitted closely to the profile in an opening and locking system. In combination with electrially operated Linear drives, GEZE slimline fanlight Scissors (see GEZE fanlight opener systems) are operated electrically. In general, the following opening systems can be used: As a direct opener Electrically operated spindle drive E350 N Electrically controlled chain drives E580, E600, E620, E640 and E660

Note For reasons of product liability we require separate safety scissor stays for bottom hung windows. These are an additional safety device which guarantees a permanent connection between casement and frame (e.g. GEZE safety scissor stay no. 35)
