Quick setup • Individual tool slides, individual spindle positions or total machine can be selected for program test • 7-stage block skip levels allow multiply preselectable program run conditions • Adjustable traversing speeds allow reduced positioning speeds in the setup mode • Tools slides can be traversed in jog mode or program-controlled at the test run feed rate

Safe production • Absolute axis gauging systems know the slide position in any situation • Tool (breakage) monitoring by motor torque detection (option) increases safety and reliability of the production process • Wear-related tool change via preselection counter with projectable switch-off action • Separate workpiece counters for OK and Not OK parts – optionally with automatic sorting
