Cutting Devices

Both the CM 80 and CM 150 can be used anywhere using the mobile stand while the raised position enables lling of larger containers. The roll holder has been relocated to ensure safe, convenient loading of the lm at a height of approx. 1 m.

The addition of a buffer storage unit below the roll holder allows a stock of air cushions to be produced automatically. A sensor control checks the supply of air cushions and automatically produces more if necessary.

L-Pack conveyor units can ll large hoppers or storage containers. Vertical and horizontal transport is possible. The connected L-Pack air cushion machine controls the conveyor system. The L-Pack cutting device can also be added to the system.

The cutting device can be integrated into new as well as into existing L-Pack systems. A pre-set number of air cushions is separated automatically from the chain and can be used directly for packing. No more need for counting or tearing of air cushions. This speeds up the packing process enormously.

The separate foot or hand switches can be added to the L-Pack air cushion systems if necessary by positioning them freely at the packing station, thus enabling an optimized sequence of movements.
