Versatile biometrics reading device, suitable both for stationary operation
in interiors as well as in the exterior.
This optical biometrics reader recognises authorised persons on the basis of their fingerprints. The GCFP 401 optionally accepts the input of a PIN code on the keyboard. Whether the reader enables or disables a release can be indicated both optically and acoustically. Finger data are recorded directly at the reader (enrolment) and transmitted via the network to further biometrics readers of the access control system so that the data only have to be recorded once.
